ELF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBATA, SPRR1A, and SSX7. Each is linked with ELF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF4-to-partner and partner-to-ELF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBATA grouped by ELF4-low versus ELF4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
