ELF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,036 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELF3-AS1, ILDR1, and COL6A1. Each is linked with ELF3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF3-to-partner and partner-to-ELF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELF3 versus ELF3-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
