ELF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,340 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, MTDH_S426, and OSBPL3_S304. Each is linked with ELF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF2-to-partner and partner-to-ELF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELF2 versus HPF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
