Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, PKC-delta_pS664, and beta-Catenin. Each is linked with ELF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF2-to-partner and partner-to-ELF2 results are reported.
