ELF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIM2, OR10D3, and ITGAD. Each is linked with ELF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF2-to-partner and partner-to-ELF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIM2 grouped by ELF2-low versus ELF2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
