ELAPOR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAPOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAPOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIRLET7BHG, RNU6-470P, and ACAP3. Each is linked with ELAPOR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAPOR1-to-partner and partner-to-ELAPOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIRLET7BHG grouped by ELAPOR1-low versus ELAPOR1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELAPOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELAPOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
