Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,156 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM4, MINDY1, and AQP9. Each is linked with EIPR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-EIPR1 results are reported.
