EIPR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, DCAF12L1, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with EIPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-EIPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by EIPR1-low versus EIPR1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
