EIF5AP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,217 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5AP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF5A, PFN1P1, and RPS19P1. Each is linked with EIF5AP2 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5AP2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5AP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF5AP2 versus EIF5A in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
