EIF5A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,632 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGB5, HTRA1, and LOXL2. Each is linked with EIF5A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5A2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF5A2 versus ITGB5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
