EIF5A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with EIF5A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5A2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by EIF5A2-low versus EIF5A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
