EIF5A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF5A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,167 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHA3, LRP12, and PSMD2. Each is linked with EIF5A2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5A2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF5A2 versus PLEKHA3 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
