EIF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,588 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB9AP4, OR2T34, and TRBV21OR9-2. Each is linked with EIF5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF5-to-partner and partner-to-EIF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB9AP4 grouped by EIF5-low versus EIF5-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
