EIF4H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4H RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,646 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4H-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESYT2, FBXW2, and MED13L. Each is linked with EIF4H in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4H-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF4H versus ESYT2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4H→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
