EIF4EP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4EP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,379 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4EP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPCPD1, GPCPD1_S175, and CTSB. Each is linked with EIF4EP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4EP1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4EP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF4EP1 versus GPCPD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4EP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4EP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
