Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4EBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF4EBP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DYNLL2, NUMA1, and PDPR. Each is linked with EIF4EBP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4EBP3-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4EBP3 results are reported.
