The most reproducible EIF4EBP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion, and Interstrand cross-link repair. Each is linked with EIF4EBP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4EBP3-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4EBP3 results are reported.
