The most reproducible EIF4E2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIS3L2, ICAM3, and ATIC. Each is linked with EIF4E2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4E2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4E2 results are reported.
