Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4A3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,230 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF4A3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alcohol biosynthetic process, Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with EIF4A3P1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4A3P1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4A3P1 results are reported.
