Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF4A3P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF4A3P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher EIF4A3P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF4A3P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, KICH, and TGCT are the cancer types where EIF4A3P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
