EIF4A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,472 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-7, MIR328, and LINC01613. Each is linked with EIF4A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4A2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-7 grouped by EIF4A2-low versus EIF4A2-high in SARC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
