Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-752P, LRRC6P1, and RPL31P9. Each is linked with EIF4A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4A1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-752P grouped by EIF4A1-low versus EIF4A1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
