EIF3M

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3M RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3M-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAT10, WDR12, and WDR36. Each is linked with EIF3M in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3M-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF3M versus NAT10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3M→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
