Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF3KP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF3KP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher EIF3KP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF3KP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and CESC show a favorable association.

UVM, MESO, and KIRC are the cancer types where EIF3KP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
