EIF3J

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3J mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,090 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3J-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN7C, EIF3M, and COX15. Each is linked with EIF3J in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3J-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3J results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIN7C grouped by EIF3J-low versus EIF3J-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3J→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3J) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
