EIF3I

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3I mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3I-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, STAT3_pY705, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with EIF3I in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3I-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3I results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by EIF3I-low versus EIF3I-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3I→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3I) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
