EIF3H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3H RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,807 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL30, RPL4, and RPL7. Each is linked with EIF3H in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3H-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF3H versus RPL30 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
