EIF3H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,517 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT5, WDR43, and BOP1. Each is linked with EIF3H in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3H-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF3H versus TRMT5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
