The most reproducible EIF3H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blastocyst growth, Positive regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with EIF3H in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3H-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3H results are reported.
