EIF3H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF3H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAX1, SSMEM1, and PRND. Each is linked with EIF3H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3H-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VAX1 grouped by EIF3H-low versus EIF3H-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
