EIF3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,011 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1P26, SNORD127, and POLI. Each is linked with EIF3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3G-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPM1P26 grouped by EIF3G-low versus EIF3G-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
