Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3FP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,594 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3FP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Formation of cytoplasmic translation initiation complex, and 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with EIF3FP3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3FP3-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3FP3 results are reported.
