Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF3FP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF3FP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher EIF3FP3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF3FP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and UCS show a favorable association.

ACC, LGG, and LIHC are the cancer types where EIF3FP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
