Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3EP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,171 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3EP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation. Each is linked with EIF3EP1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3EP1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3EP1 results are reported.
