Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF3EP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF3EP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher EIF3EP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF3EP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LUAD show a favorable association.

STAD, KICH, and ACC are the cancer types where EIF3EP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
