EIF3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, ATXN3L, and OR6K2. Each is linked with EIF3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3D-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by EIF3D-low versus EIF3D-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
