EIF3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 596 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIC5, TUBAL3, and SOX8. Each is linked with EIF3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIC5 grouped by EIF3A-low versus EIF3A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
