Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2S2P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,243 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF2S2P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with EIF2S2P5 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2S2P5-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2S2P5 results are reported.
