Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2S2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,153 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF2S2P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSE1L, STAU1, and AATF. Each is linked with EIF2S2P4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2S2P4-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2S2P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2S2P4 versus CSE1L in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2S2P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2S2P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
