Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF2S2P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF2S2P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher EIF2S2P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF2S2P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where EIF2S2P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
