Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,128 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX55, SRSF9, and CCNT1. Each is linked with EIF2B1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2B1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2B1 versus DDX55 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.
