Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2AK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,604 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF2AK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF2AK4_T667, RPUSD2, and RTF1. Each is linked with EIF2AK4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2AK4-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2AK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2AK4 versus EIF2AK4_T667 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2AK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2AK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
