Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,338 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL3, CCDC58, and TOPBP1. Each is linked with EIF2A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2A-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2A versus MRPL3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
