Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF1P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF1P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher EIF1P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and THYM show a favorable association.
LIHC, ACC, and HNSC are the cancer types where EIF1P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
