Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,993 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL14, TMEM147-AS1, and AHNAK2. Each is linked with EIF1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1B-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF1B versus RPL14 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
