EID3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EID3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EID3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGBD4P2, RN7SL248P, and MIR4695. Each is linked with EID3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EID3-to-partner and partner-to-EID3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGBD4P2 grouped by EID3-low versus EID3-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EID3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EID3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
