Across TCGA cell cohorts, EID2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EID2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAD and SLC15A5. Each is linked with EID2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EID2B-to-partner and partner-to-EID2B results are reported.
