EI24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EI24 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,785 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EI24-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSIG2, SPAST, and OSBPL5. Each is linked with EI24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EI24-to-partner and partner-to-EI24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VSIG2 grouped by EI24-low versus EI24-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EI24→partner) and Y-score (partner→EI24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
