EHHADH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHHADH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHHADH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR563, MIR185, and DYNLL1P5. Each is linked with EHHADH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHHADH-to-partner and partner-to-EHHADH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR563 grouped by EHHADH-low versus EHHADH-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHHADH→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHHADH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
