EHF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 313 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN28B-AS1, RNU6-14P, and GUSBP8. Each is linked with EHF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHF-to-partner and partner-to-EHF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIN28B-AS1 grouped by EHF-low versus EHF-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHF→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
